Our answer to that: No, of course we wouldn't ask you to agree to such an arrangement. That would be unreasonable. What is going to happen is this. You're going to leave a link on the page ahead. You won't see it immediately, because we have to approve all links appearing on that page. When we see your submission, if we're interested, we'll write to you and offer to exchange links. We will then wait for your reply.

That's why it's really, really important for you to leave your e-mail address. Otherwise, how can we get back in touch with you? You're absolutely welcome to link back to this site in advance, but to be honest and fair with you, we don't log in very often (especially during warm weather, when we're almost always either studying or playing outside) and you might be in for one very long wait. Most people would be a little frustrated by the experience of spending a few months reciprocating a link that they're not getting, and we wouldn't ask you to put up with that.
